Service and Usage Agreement

Parties:
This agreement is entered into between FimaHost (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), a provider of internet-based hosting services, and the individual or organization receiving the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). By accepting this agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Subject

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of hosting, server rental, domain name registration, and other digital services provided by FimaHost to the Customer, as well as the responsibilities of both parties.

2. Scope of Services

FimaHost agrees to provide the Customer with services according to the selected service package, including but not limited to:

• Web hosting

• Server rental

• Domain name registration

• Email services

• Technical support

3. Responsibilities of the Parties

• FimaHost commits to providing services in a secure, uninterrupted manner, and in accordance with the specified technical conditions.

• The Customer agrees not to use the services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to spreading malicious software, engaging in fraud, or violating the rights of third parties.

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s trade secrets and personal data.

4. Payment and Refunds

The Customer is responsible for making timely payments for the purchased services. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of the service. In cases of abuse or misuse of the service, the Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service without any refund.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with valid notice. FimaHost reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the service if the Customer violates the terms of use.

6. Enforcement

By purchasing and/or using any service from FimaHost, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
